PERSONAL TRAINING IN ANN ARBOR

 In person training 2-3x/week that follows your personalized workout and nutrition program that seeks to:

  • Build skill and confidence within the gym

  • Ensure proper exercise form 

  • Foster independence in exercise execution

  • Achieve any and all short and long term goals

  • Fit within your lifestyle and schedule

  • Go with you if you travel- your plan can and will adapt to any equipment available

Coaching Includes:

  • Comprehensive in-person assessment

  • Personalized training program suited to your preferences and gym.

  • Nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and goals

  • 2-3 training sessions/week 

  • Extra training sessions (to be done independently) if desired

  • Comprehensive daily support, feedback, and accountability.

HYBRID COACHING- PERSONAL TRAINING IN ANN ARBOR AND ONLINE

Personalized workout and nutrition program delivered In-person and online with comprehensive support that seeks to:

  • Break through plateaus and get results

  • Support and push you with in-person sessions

  • Take the stress out of planning your workouts and provide structure

  • Fit within your lifestyle and schedule

Coaching Includes:

  • Comprehensive in-person assessment

  • Personalized training program suited to your preferences and gym.

  • Nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and goals

  • Training program that aligns with your preferences and schedule. 

  • Two in person sessions/4wk included. (ala carte sessions available) 

  •  Daily support, feedback, and accountability.

REMOTE COACHING

Personalized workout and nutrition program delivered online with comprehensive support that seeks to:

  • Break through plateaus and get results

  • Take the stress out of planning your workouts and provide structure

  • Fit within your lifestyle and schedule

Coaching Includes:

  • Comprehensive intake and assessment.

  • Weekly video calls (if desired)

  • Personalized training program suited to your preferences and gym.

  • Nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.

  • Daily support, feedback, and accountability.

All plans include:

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

  • Immediate in-person or video technique feedback

  • Weekly zoom check ins (30 minutes) as desired

  • Weekly video feedback

  • Communication with coach as needed via whats app/text (response within 24 hours or less)
